I really think you should be making money on your life. You couldn't dream up the things that happen to you, one after the other! Haven't they heard of a phone? To call the scheduled patients? What next (I hate to ask). Did you get my Email about the sciatica info, Steph?

Well, if that isn't the stupidist thing I have ever heard. No phone in the office, is that the problem? I really have to wonder about some of these places. My mother-in-law, 84 yrs. at the time this happened, a shattered disk in her back, taking 6 Percocet a day (prescribed dosage) barely could walk, in extreme pain ALL the time, was scheduled for a stress test. If we hadn't said no she probably would have dropped dead right there on the machine.

people & their problems, eh ? we all have them, we all dont need them, so why do we all get them ? thats the problem with problems, they dont listen to us when we tell them that they arent wanted anywhere. heres hoping all your problems heal, get better, go away, disappear........& never come back......& take mine with them ! ;-)

So the idea of contacting patients to let them know about the problem and to reschedule never popped into their pea-sized brains -- and yet I'd bet that if a patient missed an appointment they'd be up in arms about it and charging a stiff missed-appointment fee.

I should explain that I didn't have an appointment - it isn't necessary for x-rays. Still, this is an imaging center - you'd think they'd have more than one machine...

So, did you try the chiropractor? No? I would, were I you...
