Time to start sending certified letters to doctors, lawyers and work using the words "exacerbated condition due to stress". Maybe then, someone will listen. I'm so sorry you're not getting the help you need.

It sounds to me like you should be looking at disability too, just in case. Keep all these records handy!

just got caught up on all that's been going on in your life. it makes me so angry the run around you are getting from the doctors and attorney regarding your worker's comp case!!! never quit fighting for what you are entitled tho. you know that the worker's comp person at your company will do everything they can to dismiss your claim or prove pre-existing conditions...don't back down! when i worked in hr i was amazed at how often as long as they were persistent, people were able to win their claims! i understand your physical pain. i too have back/leg/ hip problems and it can be so frustrating having to fight the bureaucratic bullshit! the last thing you need when you are in such pain! thinking of you and sending healing energy your way!...~zen

Is it too late to play "crazy lady", because that's exactly what I'd be doing. Hell, I'll play crazy lady myself! Who do I send the TV crews after? (grumble, grumble....)

Hey.... so, not to be obnoxious, but, isnt it strange how when you have an emeergency and need to contact a doctor or lawyer, they are never available? BUT... we should drop everything and come running like lightening, when *they* have issues to discuss with us? Odd, isnt it? Let me find the magic ju-ju-bee juice and fix you all up :D ~

Jeeminee, seems to me they would have let you sit in the office while waiting for a cab. I myself can't be on my feet too long at a time and know how it hurts. Might be a good time to hunt doctors and lawyers who can do you some good. Hurling good vibes your way dear lady !

I've had back pain, but nothing like what you describe - you have every reason to be upset!

I don't know where you're going to get help, either, with everyone who *could* help dropping the ball every chance they get. Outrageous!

Hey, I found you through LA. Just wanted you to know that I'm going through a similar hell. I had a hyst in December and it apparently triggered a bad neck that I got after a car crash 27 years ago. It's been 4 months of sheer hell and I'm sick of it all. FWIW, my chiro recommends massive amounts of Omega 3 fish oil for their anti inflammatory help. I'll be following along and hoping you get some relief soon. Oh, an as a lawyer, I'm disgusted by your lawyer's lack of cooperation and help.

Oh, one more thing, definitely, the system is set up to discourage people. Keep fighting it. Hard to do when you're in so much pain, isn't it? It sucks. It's the cheats and liars out there that make it hard for the legitimately sick to get what they need.
