Cheeky, maybe, but a compliment all the same. He may be the type who sees beauty in age rather than an emptyheaded ingenue - not that all ingenues are empty-headed, mind you, but I think you get my drift. You are one hot babe, Steph!

I think the physical therapist might be like the personal trainer; always pushing that line between professional warmth and flirtation. Nevertheless, you ARE a babe.

I have no doubt that you'll have less back pain if you're able to walk straighter. It may just be one step on your journey, but it should be a helpful one. Good luck.

Kim, it wasn't the physical therapist - it was a fellow patient. Thanks for the "babe" remarks - they are appreciated at any age, but even more so when you're as old as I am!

Heh. Sometimes telling them you're married works--I can think of many instances in which my mother said she was married for many, many years, and the other person would say, "Me, too!" At least this creep took the hint before you had to go all "Hammer(toe) time" on him. ;-) Good luck with the surgery!

Others seem to think as I do. If you can get your feet straightened out it might relieve some of the back pain. I do sincerely hope so ! My next door neighbor hit on me, "Gee, you look so nice today." My reply, "Better go back in and get your glasses lady."
